CTV Olympic Games Broadcast Schedule:
Take a break from work, grab a coffee or lunch and join us at our Stephen Avenue Celebration site to cheer on Team Canada. The screen has moved to the 100E block of Stephen Avenue between 1 Street SE and Centre Street for the final week.
Daily from 11:00am to 2:00pm the Calgary International Pin Club will be at the Celebration Site to trade, buy and sell collectable pins.
In addition to the Stephen Avenue Walk Celebration Site, on Saturday August 11th and Sunday August 12th, you can also find:
- Final Second Saturday Book Market from 11am to 3pm, come and peruse the bookstands, find a good read, engage in stimulating literary conversation or relive favourite childhood stories.
- Hear the music of Page Leigh Tyson, winner of the Calgary Folk Music Festival songwriting contest, on the Trolley Stage Saturday from noon to 2pm.
- Rock Guitar Shelter Foundation will be offering free guitar lessons daily from 11am to 4pm.
- The Food Truck Party, will feature more than 12 Food Trucks, this WEEKEND ONLY, along Stephen Avenue Walk celebrating the one-year anniversary of the pilot project from 11am to 4pm.
